Service
Smart Concierge provides an automated WhatsApp concierge for appointment-based businesses: bookings, replies, and handoff to human staff.
Acceptable use
The client (salon) is responsible for WhatsApp number use, compliance with Meta policies, and accuracy of information given to end customers.
Availability
High availability target; scheduled maintenance with notice when possible. We depend on third-party APIs (Meta, OpenAI).
Pricing
Per contracted plan (Basic / Pro / Business) plus initial setup. Monthly billing unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee specific business results. Liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
